We collect your email addresses for inclusion in our newsletters. This only happens when you leave an email address in the subscribe box. You will then receive an email asking you to confirm subscription. Once subscribed, you will be included as a recipient of our newsletter.
Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
With your permission, the email address which you provide for order processing and/or registration, may be used for one or more of the following purposes:

Our Website does not receive any of your sensitive data, such as credit / debit card information. All payments for the products you buy are done through our registered transaction processing supplier, Payfast. We shall send your data to them, i.e. your order number and the amount payable, and receive feedback from them stating whether the transaction was successful or unsuccessful.
We can only charge your card after you have given your express consent. The only change we can make to a payment is a reduction, by reversing an authorization or refunding a payment. We cannot increase the amount that you have given authorization for.

The protection of your personal data is of high importance to us, in particular the protection of your personality rights when processing and using this data. We comply with statutory provisions in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) 4 of 2013, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT) 25 of 2002, Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) 2 of 2000, Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008, and all other applicable data protection legislation enacted in South Africa from time to time.
Whilst we may take all reasonable steps and precautionary measures to safeguard your personal information, we may be unable to prevent unauthorised access to such information by third parties or inadvertent disclosure of such information and we are not responsible for any actions taken by such third parties. You acknowledge and accept taking this risk when communicating with and transacting on our Website.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage can ever be warranted to be entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
Although we cannot prevent all security threats, we have measures in place to minimise the threat to your privacy. We will let you know of any breaches which affect your personal information.
We will set and access our own cookies on your computer to allow you to buy and interact on our Website.

We, therefore, take no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Website and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Once you terminate your relationship with us, we generally will continue to store archived copies of your personal information for legitimate business purposes, such as to defend a contractual claim or for audit purposes and to comply with the law, except when we receive a valid erasure request, or if you terminate your account and your personal information is purged pursuant to our standard purge process.
If you would like to delete your account, and for us to delete all of your personal information stored in connection with that account, please use the “Opt-Out” toolbar at the bottom of our Website.
We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to other companies (other than to the payment gateway that you interact with) for the marketing of their own products or services.
We take all the necessary steps to protect the personal information of users. We will store the data provided by buyers in a data file. All users/buyers are bound by these Terms and Conditions. By registering, or using this Website at all, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, accepted, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of products on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website, we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, unless it is due to our gross negligence.
All products sold on our Website are billed in the currency of South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT.
Items are currently only delivered to buyers in the Republic of South Africa. Purchase agreements are concluded with natural persons not acting in the course of a profession or business only. Therefore, any VAT charged will not at any time be refundable.
All prices of the items posted on the Website are exclusive of delivery costs.
Delivery costs will be stated separately when settling the order and may vary daily and for each order. You will find the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.

We shall supply the items ordered, provided that we have such items in stock, to the delivery address within 5 – 10 working days of the order confirmation and the required receipt of payment.
Prior to delivering an order, the buyer may be contacted to verify the correctness of the order. This may cause some delay in delivery. When registering, buyers must state a telephone number on which they can be reached during the day, so that the delay, if any, will be as short as possible.
Note that a signature will be required for receipt of all residential deliveries. We will not be responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you.
The delivery periods referred to above are of an indicative nature only. Should any order not be delivered within 30 days, the buyer will be entitled to cancel the order, unless the delivery was delayed due to a force majeure, as per item 7. below.
We shall not be responsible for any losses or damages caused by delays in the performance or non-performance of our obligations when caused by Acts of God, strike, acts of war, riots, civil commotion, natural physical disaster, or any action by government or public authority and inability of supplies or material or labour or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control, including effects of the COVID-19 crises epidemic and its effects thereof.
Payment is accepted via credit card and direct transfer. Online credit card transactions will be acquired for 24Sale via Payfast. Payfast is registered as a Systems Operator and a Third-Party Payment Provider with the Payment Association of South Africa.
Placing an item in your shopping basket, without completing the purchase cycle, does not constitute an agreement of sale. Users cannot hold us liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed and we may remove such an item from the shopping basket if no stock is available.
An agreement of sale only comes into effect if and when a credit card authorization is received from the issuing bank. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and execute an order or cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate, in which event we shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.
A product has a supplier’s warranty can be returned within the supplier warranty period after delivery of the product. Please note that any supplier warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier or manufacturer. These are usually stated in a brochure or leaflet inside or on the product packaging. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of any such terms and conditions.
We are not the supplier of the product or service advertised on our Website and therefore we cannot take any responsibility for any harm which you may suffer (such as injury, illness, damage or loss of your property or any consequential or other loss) due to the use of the product or service.
You indemnify us against any loss, liability or cost incurred by you arising out of any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened against us by any person arising from your use of the Service or Website, the use of the Service or Website through your password and/or any breach of this Agreement by you.
Our Website is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law.
Should you choose to access the Website (or use the Service or make a Purchase) from locations outside the Republic of South Africa, you do so at your own initiative and are accordingly responsible for the consequences and for compliance with all applicable laws relating hereto.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes. All the content, trademarks and data on our Website, including but not limited to, software, databases, text, graphics, photos, video, music, sounds, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs and agreements, are the property of or licensed to us (‘24Sale’) and as such, are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.
All rights are reserved. This Website may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this Website for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the Website.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Website.
You warrant and represent that you have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement and that you are not aware of any impediment which would inhibit your ability to perform the Terms and Conditions imposed on you.

24Sale must be notified of the return within seven (7) days of purchasing the goods, if the item is faulty or broken upon receipt.
A return will only be processed once you have notified us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would require your order / invoice number, supporting photos of the damaged product/s if the damage is visible, or stipulate the damage / problem in detail and send it to us with the reason for your return request.
If, after inspection and/or testing, we find that the item was received damaged or defective, we will replace the item if we have stock. Otherwise, we will refund your payment for the damaged goods.
To qualify as a defect, there must be a material imperfection in the manufacture or characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
To enable a smooth return process, we recommend using our courier company. Once payment is received, we will send our couriers to collect the product/s to be returned to us for inspection. If the item is faulty or broken, we will be liable for the courier cost.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return something:
You are welcome to return any product/s purchased within seven (7) days of receiving the item, provided it is undamaged and unused, with the original packaging and labels still attached.
You will have to pay to have the item couriered back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you with a credit note. Our policy is to deduct a 5% handling fee from the original price.
Kindly note that you are responsible for the following, when returning your products:
- to package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
- clearly mark your return details on the outside of the parcel; and
- be sure to include all accessories, booklets and parts that were sold with the product.
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
- Food products, beverages, or other goods intended for everyday consumption;
- Perishable products;
- Any beauty product or fragrance which has been used;
- An infant feeding product or bottle accessory that has been unsealed;
- Personalized products / products made to your specifications;
- Jewellery for piercings;
- Reading material of any form;
- Any form of computer software, if the seal on the storage media is broken;
- Any digital product such as an eBook, gaming code or other digital download;
- Furniture – unless faulty or defective;
- Any product/s which for hygienic and public health reasons may not be returned.
A handling fee of 5% will be charged on cancellation of any purchase after dispatch.
Any item bought on our site must be sent back to us directly and not to the manufacturer.
Replacements or refunds will only be processed once the item in question has been received by our warehouse and inspected.
Returned items will only be accepted if the item is still in its original primary packaging and in a re-saleable condition and has not been used or tampered with in any way.
Products and packaging must be undamaged and unused.
The exchange process will occur swiftly and efficiently, with the least amount of inconvenience caused to the customer.

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 2 – 3 working days of receiving payment.
Courier delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days. Please check your estimated delivery date during checkout for the most accurate delivery information.
The courier delivery charge varies. Our system will offer you the appropriate charge based on your delivery address and package size during the checkout process.
If your total order is R650 or more, you qualify for free delivery.
Currently we only ship to South African addresses.
We will send your tracking details to you once collection has been booked.
Tracking will be available on The Courier Guy’s website under ‘Track and Trace’.
If you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and give you the alternative options available to you.
Courier deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the package, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Note that a signature will be required for receipt of all residential deliveries. We will not be responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you.
Should there be unforeseen circumstances that prolong the delivery time, late delivery will not be grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
